Description
This 150 room three-star hotel is located just a stone’s throw from Argentina’s national congress. The structure has two basements, a ground floor and fourteen upper floors. Construction was done in strict observance of the international construction standards that Accor requires of its hotels around the world. Work included demolition of the existing structure, façade lowering, building of a new reinforced concrete structure, general masonry and installation of sheetrock walls. CRIBA also did all PVC joinery work, aluminum work, iron work, wood work, blacksmith work in coordination with local labor guilds. The following installations were also performed: electrical, communications, plumbing, thermo-mechanical and elevator.
