Description
This project arose from the need to make use of residual space under the 9 de Julio highway in one of the most exclusive areas of Buenos Aires. The Recova’s covered corridor is home to spacious restaurants and large retail stores and has three levels of underground parking surrounded by gardens, sculptures and green spaces. It also has a strategically located premium gas station which can be accessed from any of the three major avenues that encircle it.
