Description
For this project CRIBA sought to coherently structure a group of historical buildings and reinforce their original design to create the cultural center we know today. These buildings date from 1716 and are among the oldest in Buenos Aires so sophisticated engineering was needed to excavate the site and lower the 250 meter façade further into the ground.
