Description
Educational building for careers focused on technology and innovation, developed on first floor, two floors and terrace. It has a total construction area of 6,190 m2, of which 4,065 m2 are covered, 1,418 m2 are semi-covered and the rest are exterior surfaces.
The building is organized around a central space with triple height where on the first floor there are classrooms and engineering laboratories, kitchen, cafeteria and machine room; on the second floor there are general classrooms; on the second floor there are research rooms and neuroscience offices, offices for teachers and a coworking space. The outdoor units of the building's air conditioning system are located on the terrace.
