Description
As part of its Montserrat Campus expansion, the Argentine Business University purchased a property currently occupied by a residential building which was demolished to make room for a new structure to house new classrooms, faculty rooms, administrative offices and a basement food court. The new building connect with existing ones expanding the university’s total capacity. The turn-key project includes the construction of four basement levels, a ground floor and twelve upper floors which share the austere design of the university’s other buildings. Key features include an exposed concrete exterior with aluminum frames, rubber flooring, dry partition walls, restrooms with porcelain tiles on each floor and state-of-the-art elevators. Work included all electrical and communications installations.
