Description
The first phase of this project consisted of earthworks, building of the reinforced concrete structure and the placement of a geothermal cooling coil on the grounds of the old demolished Finochietto Hospital building which had its neighboring lots annexed. The hospital has two basements, a ground floor and 11 upper floors with two special mezzanines designed to bear the weight of medical equipment. Special care was given to the lowering of the façade and to basement construction due to the old age of neighboring structures.
