Description
This office tower has a ground floor and eight upper floors and has a curtain-wall exterior that gives character to the building. Each floor has a central core surrounded by exposed concrete walls which is used for vertical circulation and restroom and service installations. Structural calculations for the concrete contemplated the use of beam-less slabs and round perimetral columns. The reinforced concrete structure was built in different stages by a team of fifty five cement workers.
