Description
The project is part of the Remeros Beach Development, three residential neighborhoods that will coexist around the 'Crystal Lagoon': the Árboris Sector, the Open Boulevard Sector, and the Beach Sector.
The Árboris Project consists of two housing blocks and a base closely linked to the perimeter walkway around the lagoon and its beach. The blocks will have a ground floor and 7 floors, comprising a total of 122 apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The sizes of these apartments vary from approximately 70 m² to 160 m².
The common base has three levels, two of them underground housing the amenities, community center, parking, and machinery rooms. One level is above ground, hosting lobbies, communal areas, and additional apartments.
The project has two fronts: the side facing the lagoon features gardens, the community center, and apartments. The side opposite the lagoon provides access to residences and parking, balancing privacy and accessibility to the complex.
