Description
Construction of this full service gas station was challenging because it was built on an open highway. Special attention was paid to safety and signage and provisional structures were built to allow for the linking of two construction areas.
Work included: tank installations, asphalt paving and construction of the station’s box building structure and adjacent overhanging metallic roof. CRIBA also did thermo-mechanical, plumbing, fuel, fire, electrical, and communications installations in coordination and with assistance from local labor guilds.
