Description
This project required demolition of the pre-existing structure, excavation and the construction of a new reinforced concrete structure as well as general masonry and assistance and coordination with local labor guilds. The tower has a parking lot and common service area in the basement and a recreation area with a swimming pool, solarium, cooking grills and a playground on the ground floor. The eighteen upper floors are occupied by residential apartments.
