Description
This residential apartment tower has a basement, ground floor and 15 upper floors with two 150 m2 apartments per floor. Its apartments and amenities were designed with painstaking attention to detail to meet the high standards of potential target buyers. The tower rests upon isolated support bases and has a central vertical core of reinforced concrete walls that provide the structure with rigidity. The exterior is made of ceramic bricks of varying thickness. White plaster wall coatings, hardwood and porcelain tile floors, marble countertops and satin finished latex paint were used for interior finishings. CRIBA’s contract for this project also included indoor joinery work, iron work, and installations such as plumbing, electrical, communications, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
