Description
Quartier Lacroze will be a complex consisting of 3 basements where 99 garages with capacity for 142 cars, storage rooms and the spa of the complex will be located. In a semi-tower, 15 floors of functional units will be developed. On the first floor of the complex there will be a 170 sq. m. SUM with independent access prepared for events, a barbecue area with grill for 25 people and an outdoor swimming pool measuring 20 meters long by 6 meters wide, with a solarium and a children's play area.
